| 摘 要： | 电子商务给人们生产生活方式带来了巨大便利,当然也给传统农牧业的发展带来了新的挑战,饲料业作为农牧业中重要的一部分,在电子商务环境下想要更好的发展,离不开物流运营。当前,我国饲料业物流运营模式依然遵循传统的物流模式,效率较低,成本较高,极大阻碍了电子商务环境下饲料业的生存和发展,因此,我们要基于4PL物流管理模式,创新物流运营流程,强化人才队伍素质,提升电子商务环境下饲料业物流运营效率,高效节约运营成本,完成物流运营性能优化。

| Abstract: | The emergence of e-commerce has brought great convenience to people’s production and lifestyle,and of course,it has also brought new challenges to the development of traditional agriculture and animal husbandry.As an important part of agriculture and animal husbandry,feed industry cannot develop better without logistics operation in the context of e-commerce.Currently,feedstuff industry logistics in our country still follow the traditional pattern of logistics operation mode,low efficiency,high cost,greatly hindered the survival and development of feedstuff industry in e-commerce environment,so we need to based on the 4 pl logistics management mode,innovative logistics operation process,strengthen the talent team fitness so as to promote the electronic commerce environment according to the logistics operation efficiency,and high efficiency saving operating costs,complete logistics operating performance optimization. |
