| 摘 要： | 为了对一株猪流行性腹泻变异株病毒进行评估,将该病毒接种于Vero细胞单层进行继代培养检测病毒液的病毒含量,通过血清学、分子生物学和免疫荧光检测病毒的纯净性和稳定性,用最后一代收获的病毒液攻击4-6周龄猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)血清中和抗体阴性的断奶仔猪,观察致病情。结果显示:分离病毒具有较好的细胞适应性;在传代过程中具有良好的纯净性和稳定性;攻毒仔猪均产生特异性临床症状。说明分离株可作为后期疫苗制备的优质备选毒株。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluated a variant of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,the virus obtained in the laboratory was inoculated into Vero cell monolayer for subculture for 15 generations.The virus liquid of each generation was collected for the virus content detecting.The last generation of virus was used to attack the 4-6-week-old weaned piglets whose serum neutralization antibody was negative.The purity and stability testing results indicated that the isolated virus had significant variation in cell adaption and pathogenicity by serology,molecular biology and immunofluorescence detection.The specific clinical symptoms of the infected piglets were also observated after 14 days.As a high-quality candidate strain,it can be applied to vaccine preparation. |
