摘    要:微量元素虽然在动物体内含量极低,但作用却巨大。土壤矿物质中含有丰富的微量元素,为探究矿物复合微量元素对嗜酸乳杆菌益生作用的影响,试验主要在抗氧化和分解胆固醇方面测试矿物复合微量元素是否对嗜酸乳杆菌的功能产生了影响。试验结果表明:添加矿物复合微量元素培养的嗜酸乳杆菌与昆明鼠公鼠所使用普通嗜酸乳杆菌相比,在提升或降低胆固醇超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量等方面都有一定程度的作用;在降低血清甘油三酯含量方面效果极显著(P<0.01)。对昆明鼠母鼠所使用的矿物复合微量元素嗜酸乳杆菌和普通嗜酸乳杆菌在降低胆固醇、甘油三酯含量,降低肝中丙二醛(MDA)含量,提升SOD含量,及抗疲劳试验中两者对比空白组都有明显效果,但两者之间并无显著差异。在测定母鼠肾的MDA含量中,试验组肾MDA含量较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。

Abstract:Although the content of microelements is very low in animals,they play a huge role.Soil minerals are rich in trace elements.This experiment was designed to explore the influence of mineral complex trace elements on the prebiotic effect of Lactobacillus acidophilus.Mainly in the aspect of antioxidation and cholesterol decomposition,it was tested whether the mineral complex microelements had an effect on the function of Lactobacillus acidophilus.The results showed that Lactobacillus acidophilus cultured with mineral complex microelements had a certain effect on the level of raising,lowering cholesterol content and improving the superoxide dismutase(SOD)cantent compared with the common Lactobacillus acidophilus,and had a significant effect on reducing serum triglyceride content(P<0.01).Compared with the common Lactobacillus acidophilus,the mineral complex microelement Lactobacillus acidophilus used in Kunming mice has significant effect in reducing cholesterol,triglyceride content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content in liver and anti fatigue experiment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the determination of MDA content in the kidney of Kunming mice,the MDA content in the kidney of the experimental group was significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).
