| 摘 要： | 目的]建立藏药莪达夏多糖的提取和含量的方法。方法]采用水提醇沉法提取，用sevag法等进行纯化，苯酚-浓硫酸法测定多糖的含量。结果]回归方程A=0．01312C-0．01534，r=0．9995，线性范围为5～38μg。莪达夏多糖的平均含量为0．69％，RSD=1．50％，平均回收率为98．6％，RSD=1．86％（n=5）。结论]该方法简便、快速、重现性好，为莪达夏的质量控制提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to establish the extraction and content determination of polysaccharide from Oxytropis fakate Bunge.Method] Crude polysaccharide was obtained with water extraction alcohol precipitation method.Savag method was used to purify the polysaccharide,phenol-sulfuric acid was applied to determine the content of polysaccharide.Result] The regression equation was A=0.013 12C-0.015 34(r=0.999 5).The linear range was 5-38 μg.The average content of polysaccharides in O.fakate was 0.69%(RSD=1.50%).The average recovery was 98.6% with RSD=1.86%(n=5).Conclusion]This method is simple,rapid and accurate.It provides basis for the mass control of O.fakate. |
