藏药莪达夏多糖的提取与含量测定

摘    要:目的]建立藏药莪达夏多糖的提取和含量的方法。方法]采用水提醇沉法提取,用sevag法等进行纯化,苯酚-浓硫酸法测定多糖的含量。结果]回归方程A=0.01312C-0.01534,r=0.9995,线性范围为5~38μg。莪达夏多糖的平均含量为0.69%,RSD=1.50%,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.86%(n=5)。结论]该方法简便、快速、重现性好,为莪达夏的质量控制提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to establish the extraction and content determination of polysaccharide from Oxytropis fakate Bunge.Method] Crude polysaccharide was obtained with water extraction alcohol precipitation method.Savag method was used to purify the polysaccharide,phenol-sulfuric acid was applied to determine the content of polysaccharide.Result] The regression equation was A=0.013 12C-0.015 34(r=0.999 5).The linear range was 5-38 μg.The average content of polysaccharides in O.fakate was 0.69%(RSD=1.50%).The average recovery was 98.6% with RSD=1.86%(n=5).Conclusion]This method is simple,rapid and accurate.It provides basis for the mass control of O.fakate.
