3.95%病毒必克可湿性粉剂防治西葫芦病毒病的研究

摘    要:通过室内生物测定,3.95%病毒必克可湿性粉剂接种前施药,对黄瓜花叶病毒的抑制作用明显高于对照药剂,防治效果达77.07%,接种后施药抑制效果依然显著,达到68.66%。CMV体外钝化试验和叶绿素含量测定试验表明:病毒必克在体外能有效的钝化CMV,使其失去活性;喷施病毒必克后发病植株叶片中的叶绿素含量比同期对照叶片中叶绿素含量高。小区药剂对比试验表明:用3.95%病毒必克可湿性粉剂500倍液喷雾,对西葫芦病毒病的防治效果达72.4%,明显优于对照药剂。

Abstract:By testing the inhibiting function, (3.95%) Bilken virusicide can control effectively squarsh disease infected by CMV. Inhibiting ratio of pre-innoculation is up to 77.07%; It is higher than that of post-innoculation, which reachs 68.66%. Bilken could inactivate the CMV in vitro and (3.95%) Bilken virusicide can protect chlorophyll from degration caused by CMV. Test in the field demonstrated that (3.95%) Bilken at 500 times have a substantial effect on virus disease of summer squash by 72.4%,which is higher than that of CK.
