| 摘 要： | 为控制狂犬病的流行,南宁市自2008年起连续5年强化犬的免疫。至2012年,犬平均免疫覆盖率为79.86%,犬群免疫抗体阳转率为86.53%,与2007年相比,人狂犬病病例下降了69.70%,发病县区下降了54.55%。结果显示,对犬持续实施大面积免疫,有效控制了人狂犬病。

| Abstract: | Abstract： In order to control the prevailing of rabies, five years successive immunization enhancement for dogs since 2008 was conducted in Nanning. Until 2012, the dog＇s average immunization cover rate is 79.86%, dog group＇s immunization antibody Yang-turning rate is 86.53%, compared with 2007, human rabies case is decreasing by 69.7%, disease occurrence counties is decreasing by 54.55%. The re- suits show that successive and large-scale immunization to dogs could control human rabies effectively. |
