| 摘 要： | 科学与合理的耕地生产潜力研究,能够为粮食增产规划及粮食安全战略提供基础信息。在农用地分等的理论基础上,分析了耕地生产潜力的内涵,并将其划分为3个层次。运用SPSS统计分析软件及AHP法估算了江津区各镇街耕地3个层次生产潜力,并预测了将来能够实现的生产潜力。结果表明:江津区耕地3个层次生产潜力及总实现生产潜力分布有明显区域差异,理论生产潜力主要分布在南部中山及北部低山地区,可实现生产潜力主要分布于中部长江沿岸,现实生产潜力主要分布在北部、东南部和西南部;耕地的3个层次的生产潜力中,可实现生产潜力所占比重高达73.5%。研究认为,应根据各层次生产潜力分布的特点及原因采用相应的增产措施,同时特别重视可实现生产潜力的实现;根据耕地总实现生产潜力的评价结果来划定粮食增产的重点镇街,加大投资改造力度。

| Abstract: | Scientific and reasonable research of farmland production potential can provide basic information for grain production planning and food security strategy.Based on the theoretical basis of farmland classification,this paper analyzes the connotation of farmland production potential and classifies its to three levels.Using the SPSS statistical analysis software and AHP method,this paper estimate the three levels production potential and forecast the production potential which can be realized in the future.The results show that the distribution of the three levels farmland production potential and the total production potential that can be realized are obviously different.Theoretical production potential mainly distribute in south and north middle mountains,accessible potential production mainly distribute along Yangtze river and actual production potential mainly distribute in the north,southeast and southwest.In the three levels farmland production potential,accessible potential production accounts for as much as 73.5%.It suggest that grain stimulation measures should accord to each level production potential distribution,the accessible potential production should be paid special attention and the key increase production area should be arranged by according to the evaluation results of the total farmland production potential which can be realized.The key increase production area should be increase investment and reconstruction efforts press. |
