‘凤丹’种荚提取物抗菌活性研究

摘    要:比较凤丹种荚水提取物和乙醇提取物的抗菌活性,对凤丹种荚的水提取物和乙醇提取物进行体外抗细菌和真菌的活性试验,测定比较其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,2种提取物对所选取的4种细菌均具有一定的抑菌效果,乙醇提取物的抑菌活性强于水提取物。2种提取物未表现出抑制真菌黑曲霉的活性,其最小抑菌浓度均大于2 mg/mL。由此说明,凤丹种荚提取物对细菌有一定的抑菌效果,具有一定的开发应用价值。

Study on antibacterial activity of pod extracts of Paeonia ostii
Abstract:To compare the antibacterial activity of water and ethanol extracts from seed pods of Paeonia ostii effects of water extracts and ethanol extracts of seed pods of Paeonia ostii on the activity of bacteria and fungi in vitro were extracted, Then, the minimum bacteriostatic concentration (MIC) were determined and compared with the corresponding MIC. The two extracts had a inhibitory on the 4 kind of bacteria Through the experiment we find that antibacterial activity of ethanol extracts were better than the water extracts. The two extracts showed no inhibition effect of fungal Aspergillus niger activity, and their MIC were > more than 2 mg/ml. In summary, the seed pod extracts of Paeonia ostii has a bacteriostatic effect on bacteria, and it has potential value to be developed and applicated.
