摘    要:动物细胞工程是生命科学中一门兼具理论和实践内容的综合性学科,在学生创新能力的培养中可以发挥十分重要的作用。针对创新型人才培养模式新要求和动物细胞工程课程教学存在的问题,以激发学生对动物细胞工程课程的学习兴趣、培养大学生创新能力和提升科学素养为目标,探索了动物细胞工程教学内容、教学方法和考核办法的教学改革,以期为培养和提高学生的创新能力及其他课程教学改革提供参考。

Exploration of Animal cell engineering Teaching Reform Based on Cultivating the undergraduates

Abstract:Animal cell engineering is a strong practicality and application course with fundamental discipline, it can play an important role in the development ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of the student. The object of the course and teaching reform is to stimulate students" interest in animal cell engineering learning, improve the undergraduates" scientific literacy, and promote the development of ability on innovation and entrepreneurship. According to the requirements of cultivating the undergraduates" innovation and entrepreneurship ability and problems in teaching animal cell engineering, we explored the optimized course contents, teaching methods and examinations method for detecting students" study effects and teaching effects, which will provide a reference on improving the undergraduates" ability of innovation and entrepreneurship and the teaching quality of the courses.
