| 摘 要： | 葛仙米是一种营养丰富、开发应用价值较高的淡水微藻。其对生长环境要求很苛刻,野生分布区域狭窄,多年来人工培养技术主要采用塑料桶和玻璃缸等简单方式。本文介绍了一种跑道池培养葛仙米的规模化生产技术,以期为实现葛仙米产业化生产奠定基础。

Raceway Pond Large-scale Production Technique of Nostoc sphaeroids Kützing |

| Abstract: | Nostoc sphaeroids kützing is a kind of freshwater microalgae with rich nutrition and high application value. However, it is also very demanding to the growth environment, and the wild distribution is narrow. The artificial culture technology mainly used plastic barrel and glass cylinder and other simple ways for many years. This paper introduces a kind of large-scale production technology of Nostoc sphaeroids kützing in the way of raceway pond, which provides technical support for the industrialization of Nostoc sphaeroids kützing. |
