微生物菌剂对烤烟根茎病害的防治效果及产量的影响

摘    要:针对利川市部分烟区黑胫病和青枯病多发的现状,采取大区对比试验观察了不同微生物菌剂对烤烟黑胫病和青枯病的防治效果,并对烤后烟叶经济性状进行了统计。结果表明,1 000亿芽孢/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂对黑胫病防治效果明显;3 000亿个/g荧光假单胞菌粉剂对青枯病防治效果明显,均明显优于其他微生物菌剂。同时,2种微生物菌剂对烟株生长有不同程度的促进作用,增加了烟叶产量和产值,产量增幅分别达到10.86%和10.06%,在利川烟区可用于根茎类病害的生物防治。

Effect of microbial agents on tobacco root and stem diseases and tobacco leaf yield
Abstract:In view of the current situation of black shank disease and bacterial wilt in some tobacco growing areas of Lichuan City, the effects of different microbial agents and chemical fungicides on black shank disease and bacterial wilt of tobacco were investigated by large-scale comparative experiments.The results showed that 100 billion Bacillus subtilis/Bacillus subtilis wettable powder had obvious effect on the control of black shank disease, and 300 billion Bacillus fluorescens/gram had obvious effect on the control of bacterial wilt, which was superior to other microbial agents and chemical fungicides. At the same time, both of them promoted the growth of tobacco plants and increased the yield and output value of tobacco leaves, and the yield increased by 10.86% and 10.06% respectively, which could be used for the prevention and control of root and stem diseases in Lichuan.
