| 摘 要： | 天冬为百合科天门冬属植物,是一种常见的药食两用药材,常用于美容养颜。内江市是天冬的道地产区,本文根据内江地区天冬生产实践,结合相关文献,对近年来内江天冬产业发展现状进行分析和研究,对种质资源、栽培管理、组织培养、加工炮制等关键技术以及存在的问题进行归纳和总结,旨在为内江天冬产业发展提供决策参考和技术支持。

Research status and prospects on Cultivation and Processing Technology of Asparagus |

| Abstract: | Asparagus Cochinchinensis belongs to the Liliaceae plant is a kind of common edible herb. It is used widely for beauty and health care and has the functions of nourish yin and moisten. Neijiang city are the genuine producing area of A. Cochinchinensis. By investigating the production experience of planting A. Cochinchinensis in Neijiang city, and studying the relative references, we analyzed the current situation of industrial development of A. Cochinchinensis in Neijiang in recent years and summarized the main contents, methods and technical points of A. Cochinchinensis germplasm resources, cultivation techniques, tissue culture and processing process in recent years, so as to provide a basis for the development of A. Cochinchinensis industry. The problems existing in the production of asparagus were summarized, and the future goals and directions of industrial development and scientific research of asparagus were prospected. |
