| 摘 要： | 应用根尖压片法对芒草的染色体数目和核型进行研究，结果表明，芒草的染色体数目为2n=48，染色体基数为x=24，核型公式为：2n=2x=48=26m＋16Sm＋6St，属于“2C”类型。

| Abstract: | The number and karyotype of Miscanthus sinensis chromosome is researched,applying fingertipp ressing flake method.The formula for Karyotype is reported in this paper.which is 2n=2x=48=26m+16Sm+6St and belongs to the type of"2C".The number of Miscanthus sinensis cell chromosome is 2n=48.The basic number of chromosome was x=24. |
