播种机自动补播式监控系统的研究

摘    要:为减少播种机的漏播现象,提高播种机械作业质量和自动化水平,研制了基于单片机的播种机工况自动补播式监控系统.该系统以AT89C51单片机为核心,采用汇编语言编制了系统监控程序,设计了相应的处理电路和补播排种机构.当监测到由于排种器故障或种子箱排空而造成"断条性"漏播时,在声光报警的同时,系统自动启动微型步进电机,带动补播排种器继续排种,直到停车检修.试验结果表明,0.3s的系统灵敏度可将播种机漏播断条长度减小到最低限度.

Abstract:In order to reduce the seeding absent of seed drill, ameliorate the quality of mechanical work and improve the level of automation, the automatic reseeding monitoring system of seed drill was developed, which was based on single chip microcomputer AT89C51, the core of monitoring system. The monitor program was written by assemble language, while the corresponding treatment circuit and the reseeding mechanism were designed. When technical trouble was occurred, the monitoring system could not only give an alarm by voice and light, but also start the small stepper motor to drive the reseeding mechanism to continue work until stop to be examined and repaired. Experiment results show that the length of seeding absence can be reduced to the minimum because the sensibility of monitoring system is only 0.3 s.
