| 摘 要： | 利用盐城市1981-2018年逐月降水量和暴雨日数资料,使用一元线性回归法和5年滑动平均法,对盐城市暴雨特征进行分析,并给出了几点防涝减灾措施,以降低暴雨洪涝灾害造成的损失。

| Abstract: | Based on the monthly precipitation and rainstorm days data of Yancheng City from 1981 to 2018, the characteristics of rainstorm in Yancheng City were analyzed by using linear regression method and 5-year moving average method. Several measures for preventing and reducing floods were given to reduce the losses caused by rainstorm and flood disasters. |
