小麦籽粒赖氨酸含量的测定与评价

摘    要:利用茚三酮比色法测定100个不同类型小麦籽粒的赖氨酸含量.结果表明:100个小麦品种(系)籽粒的赖氨酸含量平均值为0.40%,中等及以上赖氨酸含量的品种(系)有53个,占全部供试品种(系)的53%,其中宁麦9号、宁0078、宁9-18、宁96048、扬麦13号、910084、安92484、渝98767等 8个品种(系)的赖氨酸含量最高, 占全部供试品种的8%.

Abstract:It was conducted to determine the lysine content of harvested grain in 100 different varieties or lines in wheat by ninhydrin colorimetry method.The result showed that the average lysine content of the 100 tested varieties or lines was 0.40%.The number of varieties or lines with middle and high lysine content was 53,which accounted for 53% of all tested varieties or lines.Eight varieties or lines(Ningmai 9,Ning 0078,Ning 9-18,Ning 96048,Yangmai 13,910084,An92484,Yu98767) had the highest lysine content,accou...
