摘    要:POD和SOD同工酶分析结果表明:分布于五大连池的毛尖紫萼藓和东亚砂藓中,东亚砂藓遗传多样性较贫乏,毛尖紫萼藓之间具有显著的遗传差异,东亚砂藓与毛尖紫萼藓属间遗传差异显著。

Abstract:The POD and SOD isoenzymes in Grimmia pilifera and Racomitrium canescens which endemic to Wudalianchi were studied by electrophoretic technique.The results showed that genetic variation was not distinct in Racomitrium canescens,while obvious in Grimmia pilifera.There was also significant genetic variation between the two species.
