| 摘 要： | 本文通过对临夏州农户产业结构的调查和分类,详细分析了其羊肉生产的有利条件,即羊肉市场活跃;粗饲料资源丰富,具备一定的青绿饲料、多汁饲料和精饲料资源;具有精细的肥育栈羊传统。羊肉生产中存在的关键技术问题是:缺乏生长快、转化率高的肥育羊源,肥羔肉生产呈现空白局面;羊肉供应不平衡;羊肉生产配套措施不健全等,限制着农区羊肉生产的发展和效益的提高。

| Abstract: | This paper showed the favourable factors on mutton production at Linxia region, i. e., the brisk mutton production market, rich in rougha- ge resourses, a little rich in the resourses of green fodder, succulent fodder and concentrated fodder, and the tradition on fine fattening sheep (fed in the shed). This paper also pointed out the technical key problems in mut- ton production. |
