摘    要:利用SPAD-502叶绿素计、硝酸盐反射仪分别测定了不同氮肥处理下温室黄瓜各生育期叶片的SPAD和叶柄硝酸盐含量,同时测定叶片叶绿素a,b等以及全氮含量,结果表明,在一定范围内,SPAD随着氮肥用量的增加而增加,各生育期新叶与成熟叶片SPAD比值存在差异,反映了黄瓜氮素营养状况,成叶SPAD值与全氮的相关性大于新叶;除初花期新叶和结果期成叶外,其他各生育期的新叶和老叶叶柄硝酸盐含量随氮肥用量的增加而增加,结果期叶片硝酸盐含量与氮肥用量成线性正相关(r=0.9606)。

Abstract:Using the SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter and nitrate reflectometer to study diagnosis of nitrogen nutrition on the cucumber(Cucumis sativus) in greenhouse.The results showed that fertilization had effect on leaves SPAD values and with a certain amount of nitrogen increases the SPAD values are also increased.The new leaves and mature leaves of the SPAD's the ratio reflects of nitrogen nutritional status.The mature leaves of SPAD values correlation with nitrogen is greater than the new leaves'.Fertilization also affected the nitrate content of petiole.In a certain amount,the nitrate content of petiole increased with the nitrogen.In the fruiting stage,there is a linearly correlate between nitrate content and nitrogen consumption(r=0.960 6).Each additional 1kg of nitrogen fertilizer,nitrate concentrations increase 10-30 mg/kg,late top-dressing is more easy cause the accumulation of nitrate.
