机器视觉技术在蚕茧无损检测中的应用研究

摘    要:应用机器视觉技术研究了进行蚕茧无损检测的方法。在日光条件下采集蚕茧图像,运用数字图像处理技术和专用软件,对其图像进行分析、处理。根据数学形态学的方法计算其面积、相关系数和R、G、B值。并利用这些参数高效快速地判断蚕茧是否为畸形茧、双宫茧、烂茧、霉茧和特小茧。为进一步进行蚕茧分级奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:The method of cocoon non-destructive test was studied with the machine vision. The image of cocoons were taken under the sunlight conditions, with image processing technology and special software to process and analyze the image. Based on Mathematical Morphology,the area, correlation coefficient and values of RGB of cocoons were calculated,then used these parameters to judge whether a deformity cocoon, doupion double cocoon, rotten cocoon, fungi cocoon and special small cocoon rapidly and highly efficiency.The study establishes a theoretic base for cocoon classification further.
