| 摘 要： | 本文对木本植物体细胞胚胎发生及植株再生的研究现状进行了论述。从体细胞胚胎发生及植株再生研究的意义、影响植物体细胞胚胎发生及植株再生的因素方面总结了近年来木本植物体细胞胚胎发生及植株再生的研究现状,并进一步分析了木本植物体细胞胚胎发生研究存在的问题和研究趋势。 |

| Abstract: | This paper deal with the expounding the present research of somatic embryogenesis of woody plants and their plantlet regenerations.The present state of the somatic embryogenesis of the woody plant and their plantlet regeneration recenty years was summed up based on the significance and the affectling factors.Morever,the problems and tendency in the study of the somatic embryogenesis of woody plant in the future were analysised. |
