| Abstract: | Taking Shuangcheng Nestle company for example,the index system of third-party logistics supplier was established,and the comprehensive evaluation model of third-party logistics selection was built with AHP method.It provided the decision-making basis in selecting and evaluating third-party logistics suppliers for manufacturers,which was helpful to solve the problem existing in the work of logistics outsourcing. |
