黄河流域农业生态效率时空演变格局及驱动因素分析

摘    要:基于2010—2019年黄河流域九省面板数据,利用超效率SBM模型测算农业生态效率,通过全局自相关莫兰指数分析农业生态效率的时空演变特征,构建Tobit模型分析农业生态效率的驱动因素。结果发现:黄河流域农业生态效率总体呈现波动上升趋势,省际农业生态效率差异明显。投入冗余、非期望产出冗余所带来的投入非效率,是黄河流域农业生态效率损失的主要原因。黄河流域农业生态效率呈现全局空间正相关特征,局部空间集聚主要为高—高集聚和低—低集聚。财政支农、农业规模化、农业生产能力对于农业生态效率有显著的促进作用,机械化、城镇化有显著的抑制作用。

The Spatial and Temporal Evolution Pattern and Driving Factors of Agro-Ecological Efficiency in the Yellow River Basin

Abstract:Based on the panel data of nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2019, this paper uses the SBM-Undesirable model to measure the agricultural ecological efficiency, and then uses the global autocorrelation Moran index to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution pattern of agro-ecological efficiency in the Yellow River Basin, and finally constructs a Tobit model to analyze the driving factors of agro-ecological efficiency. The results show that from 2010 to 2019, the agro-ecological efficiency of the Yellow River Basin generally shows a fluctuating upward trend, and the inter-provincial agro-ecological efficiency differs significantly. Input inefficiency caused by redundant input and undesired output is the main reason for the loss of agricultural ecological efficiency in the Yellow River Basin. The agro-ecological efficiency in the Yellow River Basin exhibits the characteristics of positive spatial correlation, and the local spatial agglomeration is mainly high-high agglomeration or low-low agglomeration. Fiscal support for agriculture, agricultural scale, and agricultural production capacity have a significant promoting effect on agricultural ecological efficiency, while the level of mechanization and urbanization have a significant inhibitory effect.
