| 摘 要： | 家庭教育的缺失，办学条件差，教育体制不健全是造成“留守儿童”教育问题的主要原因。应通过改善办学条件和教学环境，提高教师素质，加大政府对农村中小学教育投入的力度等途径，为农村“留守儿童”营造一个良好的教育环境。
