宁夏野生苦豆子中内生菌的分离及拮抗细菌的筛选

摘    要:目的]筛选从宁夏苦豆子中分离出的有生物拮抗活性的内生菌菌株。方法]采用平板划线法从不同组织中分离内生菌,采用对峙生长法将分离得到的内生细菌对宁夏当地作物的病原真菌做拮抗试验。结果]分离自宁夏各地的苦豆子内生菌在种类上和数量上都有差异,并且苦豆子不同组织内生菌的种类和数量也有差异;从苦豆子各种组织中分离得到180株内生菌,其中10株内生细菌对5种宁夏当地植物病原真菌有拮抗作用,并且抗逆性较高。结论]该试验从宁夏各地的野生苦豆子不同组织中分离出内生菌,并筛选出有生物拮抗活性的内生细菌菌株,对于合理开发苦豆子资源具有重要意义。

Isolation of Entophytic Bacteria from Sophora alopecuroides and Screening of Antagonistic Strains

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to screen the antagonistic strains isolated from wild Sophora alopecuroides in Ningxia. Method] The streak plate method was used to isolate the entophytic strains,and the duel-growth method was used to screen the antagonistic strains. Result]The kinds and amount of entophytic strains of Sophora alopecuroides varied in different origins and different parts of the same material. One hundred eighty entophytic strains were obtained from Sophora alopecuroides ,of which ten antagonistic strains were obtained. Conclusion]The entophytic strains and antagonistic strains are obtained respectively in this research,which is important in utilizing the Sophora alopecuroides.
