干旱胁迫下佛甲草生理生化变化的研究

摘    要:为了解佛甲草对干旱环境的适应能力,研究了干旱胁迫下佛甲草组织中MDA,脯氨酸,叶绿素含量及SOD和POD活性的变化。研究结果表明,在轻度干旱胁迫下,植物组织中SOD和POD活性呈上升趋势;在严重干旱胁迫下SOD和POD活性有所下降。MDA含量整体呈上升趋势。干旱处理使叶绿素含量呈现先上升后下降的趋势。脯氨酸含量呈现上升趋势,在严重干旱时,略有下降。

Abstract:In order to investigate the reaction and adaptation of Sesum lineare under drought stress,its physiological and biochemical variations were studied by experiments of simulating drought stress,so as to find out the effect of drought stress on the content of MDA and POD.The result indicated that the activity of SOD and POD can be increased under slight drought stress,the activity of SOD and POD can be declined under severe drought stress and the content of MDA was enhanced under drought stress.It also showed that the content of chlorophyll was raised first,then delined,and delined continually later on.The content of proline was increased under water stress and it was delined under severe drought stress.
