雨水和土壤含水量对棉铃虫种群抑制作用初探

摘    要:室内测定与田间试验表明 :雨水和土壤含水量对棉铃虫种群有较大的抑制作用。棉铃虫卵经雨水浸泡 8h,幼虫孵化率明显下降 ;中等雨水对棉铃虫卵有较大的冲刷作用 ,雨量越大 ,卵被冲刷的数量越多 ;初孵幼虫经雨水浸泡 1 h,其存活率明显低于对照 ;土壤湿度对棉铃虫蛹的影响主要表现在化蛹初期与羽化前 ,2 5 %的含水量对虫蛹有致死作用

Abstract:The field investigation and laboratory test showed that rainwater and soil moisture played an important role in population control of cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera ). After the eggs of cotton bollworm were soaked in rainwater for 8 hours, the hatching rate of larvae would decline apparently. Medium amount of rainfall scoured the eggs of cotton bollworm. The more rainfall, the more eggs were scoured. When the incubated larvae were soaked in rainwater only for 1 hour, the survival rate was lower than the normal condition. The influence of soil moisture on the pupae of cotton bollworm was mainly manifested in two periods. One was the initial stage of pupation,the other was the time before eclosion. During the two periods, 25% soil moisture was fatal to the pupae.
