摘    要:以立式复合圆盘排种器为试验对象,研究了作业参数对其性能指标的影响规律。试验利用计算机视觉技术与专业软件,采用多因素多水平试验设计,得出了合格指数、漏播指数及株距变异系数等指标与试验因素之间的回归模型。试验表明:株距在性能指标回归模型中贡献率最大,是影响性能指标的重要因素;作业速度、株距及种盘直径三因素中任意两种有利水平组合可以弥补另外一因素的不利水平区间,通过调整或配套因素的水平组合可适应不同的作业项目及相关指标要求。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effects of working parameters on performance indexes of a new-type vertical plate seed-metering device. The regression model of qualification indexes, missing seeding indexes, variation rates of seedling distances and experimental factors was obtained with multiple-factor and multiple-level experimental design by using computer vision technology and professional data processing software. Results showed that plant-space is most important on influencing performance indexes among the experimental factors, and the good level of arbitrary two factors combination could remedy the bad level of the third factor, the level in pairs or groups of the factors could be arranged to suit different working and corresponding indexes demand.
