| 摘 要： | 从社会文化、经济、管理和技术四个方面分析了影响农业科技推广行为的环境因素,并提出解决思路。将对优化、完善中国现存农业科技推广体系,提高农业科技成果转化率都具有重要的现实意义,同时拓展了农业科技推广公益性事业的外延。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the influence factors to agricultural technology expansion from social culture,economic,management and technology were analyzed,and a solution idea was suggested.It would be realistic for the existing agricultural technology expansion system and transformation rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,while expanding the extension of public welfare of agricultural technology expansion. |
