抗菌肽在肉鸭生产中应用剂量的研究

摘    要:日粮中按3、6、12L的量使用蚕抗菌肽AD制剂,结果表明:三种剂量下,肉鸭增重效果均优于金霉素并且差异显著(P<0.05);当用量大于3L时,增重和49日龄屠宰率有下降趋势,到12L时,小鸭阶段增重、49日龄屠宰率比使用3、6L时有显著降低(P<0.05);与使用金霉素比较,料重比、净肉率和全净膛率在各阶段均无显著差异(P>0.05)。肉鸭促生长的理想剂量为每吨日粮3L抗菌肽制剂。

Abstract:The Cecropin-AD was supplemented with the dose of 3 L/t,6 L/t and 12 L/t in diet to study the effect of dose on meat duck performance.The result showed that the average body weight gain of Cecropin-AD group was significantly increased compared with aureomycin group(P<0.05);for 3 L/t dose of Cecropin-AD,the average body weight gain and dressing percentage reduced,and 12 L/t dose,the average body weight gains of duckling period and dressing percentage of 49-day-old reduced significantly(P<0.05)compared with 3 L/t group and 6 L/t group;all groups had no significant difference in feed/gain ratio,pure meat percentage and eviscerated yield percentage(P>0.05).It was a ideal dose of 3 L/t Cecropin-AD supplemented in basal diet to promote meat duck growth.
