短暂UV-B辐射对玉米幼苗生理生化指标的影响

摘    要:由于臭氧层的变薄,导致到达地球表面的UV-B辐射增强,所以研究植物对UV-B辐射响应的生理生化机制具有重要的意义。通过对垦玉7幼苗进行短暂UV-B辐射处理后不同时间玉米幼苗叶片生理生化指标的分析发现:短暂UV-B辐射对POD和SOD氧化酶活性的影响不显著,叶绿素a、Fv/Fm值、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白在处理后不同时间受UV-B辐射影响显著,结果表明光合作用和蛋白质代谢参与玉米对短暂UV-B辐射的应答,抗氧化酶系统受到UV-B辐射影响较小。

Abstract:UV-B radiation reaching at the earth surface enhanced for attenuation of the ozone layer,so investigating the effect of UV-B on physiological and biochemical in the terrestrial plant would be significant.The physiological and biochemical indexes of "kenyu 7" seedlings after transient UV-B radiation treatment were analyzed.The results showed that the change of POD and SOD oxidases activity between transient UV-B radiation and controls were not significant,however,the change of the others were notable,including the content of chlorophyll a,Fv / Fm value,proline and soluble protein.We could conclude that the physiology processes of photosynthesis and protein metabolism had played an important role in maize plant response to transient UV-B radiation which affected less on antioxidant enzyme system.
