微量元素锌与畜禽营养研究进展

摘    要:自证明锌是动物营养必需的微量元素之后,锌对动物的营养作用受到了普遍重视,对锌进行了广泛深入的研究,新的研究表明,锌通过在催化、结构和调节三个方面调控基因的表达,对动物的生长发育有重要的作用;作为免疫辅助因子、免疫增强剂、抗氧化剂和补体,提高动物机体的免疫功能。高锌对动物的生长和免疫有促进作用,但其对环境污染受到了关注。

Abstract:Since trace element zinc has been shown essential to animal nutrition, the nutrient function of zinc on animal was universally and extensively investigated. The lately study indicated that zinc regulated gene expression by three aspects, such as catalyze, structure and modulation. It played an important role in the growth of animal. As assistant factor of immunity, antioxidant and zlexin, zinc can improve the immunity function of animal. High zinc can accelerate the growth and immunity of animal, however, the issue that high zinc has brought about environmental pollution should be paid more attention.
