| 摘 要： | 枯萎病是严重威胁棉花生产的世界性病害,在抗性鉴定中用菌量较大,通过利用室温培养枯萎菌,解决了大量繁殖枯萎病菌与时间、设备之间的矛盾,抗性鉴定得到很好的开展.1995～2006年共鉴定了参加浙江省区试的90份棉花品种(系),鉴定结果耐病以上62份,其中高抗25份、抗病17份,耐病20份,浙102、泗棉3号、苏棉8号、苏棉12、慈96-6、湘杂棉2号、南农98-4、浙杂2号、慈抗杂3号、浙彩棉2号等10个品种通过浙江省品种审定委员会的审定. |

| Abstract: | Wilt verticillium is threat cotton production seriously spread all the world. In the resistance determination, It need amount of wilt vertic~um germs. By culture wilt vertillium in room temperature. We can solve a contradictory of increase wilt verticillium germs quickly with time and equipment . Resistance determination have made great progress. In the last ten years. We have determinated 90 cotton new varieties which had attended zhejiang province cotton district test. |
