黄淮麦区小麦品种F_2籽粒中HMW-GS的遗传表现

摘    要:高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)与小麦加工品质密切相关。选取HMW-GS的3个位点都有差异的安农98005和运84-20进行杂交配组,并采用SDS-PAGE技术对其F2籽粒HMW-GS进行了分析。结果表明:共出现33种HMW-GS带型组合,HMW-GS在F2籽粒中按一定的规律进行分离;Glu-D1位点出现基因重组,并有2+5+10,2+5+12三亚基的表现;Glu-B1位点有基因杂合状态,并出现表达空位。

Abstract:The high molecular weight glutenin subunit is closely related to wheat processing quality.In the paper,Annong 98005/Yun84-20,with three different high-molecular-weight glutenin subunits(HMW-GS),was chosen to cross and the F2 seeds were analyzed by SDS-PAGE.The results showed that: 33 different band patterns occurred,HMW-GS were separated in accordance with certain rules;The genetic recombination arisen in Glu-D1 and 2+5+10,2+5+12 arisen;The genetic heterozygosis arisen in Glu-B1 and the incomplete expressio...
