摘    要:利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(1D-SDS-PAGE)方法分析了227份国内外小麦品种(系)Waxy蛋白的缺失类型,在国内和国外小麦品种(系)中分别筛选到缺失Wx-B1蛋白亚基的小麦品种(系)15份和6份。国内小麦品种与国外相比,在主要淀粉特性上存在着较大的差距,澳大利亚优质面条小麦品种都缺失Wx-B1蛋白亚基,因此,这些缺失品种或品系可作为亲本,用于淀粉特性和面条品质的改良。

Abstract:A total of 227 wheat cultivars and advanced lins were screened for the waxy protein by SDS-PAGE.The results indicated that 15 cultivars and 6 advanced lines with null Wx-B1 were presented in Chinese wheats and foreign cultivars respectively.Compared with good quality noodle wheats from Austrilia,significant variation was observed in starch properties and the range for amylose content in Chinese wheats.The null Wx-B1 in Australia quality noodle cultivars are normal.Therefore,these null Wx-B1 cultivars or str...
