摘    要:通过平板对峙法发现菌株P1对马铃薯环腐病菌有很强的抑制作用。经分析,抑菌成分是蛋白质,忍受温度80℃,活性成分在280 nm处有最大吸收峰,分子质量大于10 kDa;通过对菌株形态、生理生化特征以及16S rDNA序列系统发育树分析发现,菌株P1与巨大芽孢杆菌相似度达到100%,确定P1菌株为巨大芽孢杆菌(B.megatherium)。电泳图谱检测该序列由1 391个碱基构成,已在GenBank登录(登录号:FJ823003.1)。
