| 摘 要： | 常规的鸡新城疫免疫程序是：对７～１４日龄雏鸡用ＮＤⅡ系苗进行首免，在２５～３０日龄时再免，至６ｏ日龄时用ＮＤＩ系苗注射免疫，但在农村这种免疫程序不易执行。因此，我们研究出一种新的ＮＤ免疫程序，即对１日龄雏鸡使用Ｄ＿（１０）鸭胚化弱毒苗进行首免，经ＨＩ抗体检测，免疫后１２天ＨＩ抗体明显上升，至１８０日龄时仍能保持相对稳定的高水平。此时以ＮＤＩ系苗皮下注射进行再免，至３６０日龄时ＨＩ抗体滴度几何平均值（ＧＭＴ）仍可达到５．８（ｌｏｇ２）。经过对Ｄ＿（１０）苗进行安全试验、田间试验，并于１９９１～１９９２年上半年在庄浪、静宁等县一些鸡场的１日龄雏鸡推广应用了１３万多羽份，取得了今人满意的效果。证明该疫苗是安全可靠的，不受母源抗体的干扰。新的ＮＤ免疫程序能有效地预防和控制鸡新城疫的发生和流行，并适于在农村推广应用。

| Abstract: | The routine immune procedure of Newcastle disease(ND)was that the ND Ⅱ strain vaccine wastricklcd nostril of chicken on the 7～14 days of age and on the 25～30 days of age trickled it again,to 60 dayschicken was immunizcd with ND I strain Vaccinc by hypodermic injection,but it was impossible to excuteprocedurc in the country,Therefore we had studied out a new immune proeedure of ND,on the first day of age,theNewcastle disease D10 of duek cmbryo weak toxieity vaecine(D10 vaceine)was trickled into nostril of chicken,Thehemagglution inhibition antibody fHIAb)rose apparently after 12 days,and it remained steadily high lcvel to 180days,The chieken was vaccinated with ND I strain Vaeeine by hypodermic injection then,HIAb GMT can beremainted 5.8(log2) to 360 days.of age,The D10 Vaeeine was tested by safety and field,and it was used widely morethan 130,000 chiekens on the first day in the some poultry farms of Zhuanglang,Jingning prifectures ftom 1991 tothe first half year of 1992,and achieved satisactory result.It was indieated that the Vaccine was safety and reliabilityand will not be interfered by maternal inheritance antibody(MIAb).The new immune procedure of ND can beeffectually prevented and controled of oceurrcnce and epidemic of ND,and can be used widely in the country. |
