光皮木瓜中黄酮类物质提取工艺的研究

摘    要:采用浸提法,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验对光皮木瓜中黄酮类物质的提取工艺进行研究。结果表明,对光皮木瓜中黄酮提取率影响较大的因素是提取温度,其次是乙醇浓度;确定其最佳提取工艺条件为:固液比1∶40,乙醇浓度80%,提取温度80℃,提取时间1.5h。在此工艺条件下提取的黄酮类物质得率为11.230mg/g,为索氏提取法提取得率的2.56倍。

Abstract:Through orthogonal test basing on the single factor experiment, the flavonoids extraction technology from Chaenomeles sinensis was studied by lixiviating method. The results showed that, the influence of extraction time on extraction rate of flavonoids was the biggest, and the later was ethanol concentration. The optimum technology was: solid-liquid ratio was 1:40, ethanol concentraction was 80%, extraction temperature was 80℃, extraction time was 1.5 h. The yield of flavonoids under this processing technology was 11.230 mg/g, which was 2.56 times as soxhlet extraction method.
