小型割草机噪声测试与分析

摘    要:小型割草机是庭院绿化作业中的常用设备,但因工作时噪声大,严重影响了人们的工作、学习与生活。通过在实验室内进行空转噪声测试实验,获得了大量的实验数据,并通过噪声频谱分析归纳其声源发声规律和噪声控制的频率范围,确定割草机的主要噪声是由发动机排气脉动气流和刀片旋转空气动力气流所引起。该实验分析结果为进一步实施割草机噪声控制奠定了基础。

Abstract:Small mowers are equipment commonly used in courtyard landscaping operation, but its loud noise in operation seriously affects people’s work, study and life. Through the idling noise tests in the lab, a large amount of test data is obtained to conduct noise spectrum analysis , sum up the law of noise source and frequency range of noise control and determine that the main noise is caused by the mower engine exhaust pulsation air flow and blade rotation aerodynamic airflow. The experimental analysis result lays a foundation for further implementation of noise control of mowers.
