| 摘 要： | 西施舌(Coelom actra an tiqua ta)隶属于软体动物的瓣鳃纲、真瓣鳃目、异齿亚目、蛤蜊科、蛤蜊属,贝壳略呈三角形,壳表光洁,具有黄褐色发亮外皮,壳表呈紫红色,壳较薄。西施舌又名沙蛤,在福建俗称“海蚌”,在香港称“贵妃蚌”,其足大如舌,脆嫩鲜美,可与鲍鱼、海参相媲美,为国宴
