| 摘 要： | 在城乡一体化发展的新形势下,农业剩余劳动力大规模地向城市和非农产业转移,这加快了城市化和工业化的进程,与此同时,大量的农民工如何融入城市的问题也愈发凸显。文章认为,劳动力实现合理的转移就业,是促进农民工融入城市,进而推进城乡一体化发展的关键,一方面,农民工进城就业参与城市的建设推进了"三化"(工业化、城镇化、农业产业化)的进程,另一方面,农民工返乡创业服务农村的建设带动了"三农"的发展。

| Abstract: | In the new situation of the urban and rural integrated development,the surplus agricultural labor force large-scale transfer to cities and non-agricultural industries,which speed up the process of urbanization and industrialization,at the same time,the problem that a large number of migrant workers how to integrate into the city is more and more prominent.This paper argues that the labor force to achieve a reasonable transfer of employment,is the key of the promotion of migrant workers into the city,and thus promote the integration of urban and rural areas development,on the one hand,the employment of migrant workers in cities involved in the construction of the city to promote the process of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural industrialization,on the other hand,migrant workers returning home construction of entrepreneurial services in rural areas to drive the development of the "three rural issues"(agriculture,rural areas and farmers). |
