SOD-POD活性在小麦抗旱生理研究中的指向作用

摘    要:以3个抗旱性不同的小麦品种为试材,进行干旱胁迫处理。经叶绿素含量、叶片水势、质膜透性、丙二醛含量等指标测定,确认品种的抗旱性差异;再通过分析抗旱性与SOD-POD活性的关系,认识SOD-POD抗氧化酶系统在小麦抗旱生理研究中的指向作用。结果发现三个小麦品种抗旱性非但不与抗氧化酶活性正相关,反而有相反的趋势。

Abstract:A drought experiment was conducted with three wheat varieties. Different drought resistance of varieties was clarified based on chlorophyll content (Chl), leaf potential, cell permeability, malondialdehyde (MDA), and soil water content (SWC). Direct function of SOD-POD was realized by being analysed relations of drought resistance and SOD-POD. They were not positive related, however possible negative related.
