四川地方小麦品种蛋白质和氨基酸间的相关研究

摘    要:为了探讨蛋白质和氨基酸以及氨基酸与氨基酸之间的相关程度,以67份四川小麦地方品种为供试材料,对其籽粒蛋白质和17种氨基酸含量进行了测定与分析。结果表明,蛋白质含量与谷氨酸、胱氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸和脯氨酸含量呈显著或极显著正相关,而与其余氨基酸含量间的相关不显著。除赖氨酸以外,其余氨基酸之间大多呈显著或极显著正相关,而赖氨酸含量只与胱氨酸和脯氨酸相关显著。对蛋白质直接正向和负向效应最大的分别是谷氨酸和亮氨酸,直接通径系数分别为1.99和-1.83。间接通径系数最大的也是谷氨酸和亮氨酸,前者为正向,后者为负向;而其余氨基酸的间接正向、负向效应相对较小。聚类分析发现,67个小麦地方品种被聚为3类。其中,第Ⅱ类共16个品种,其蛋白质和17种氨基酸含量相对较高,营养品质相对较好。

Abstract:In order to investigate the relationships among protein and amino acids content for genetic improvement of wheat quality, the protein and 17 amino acids contents in 67 Sichuan wheat landraces were detected in the paper. It was found that the contents of Glu, Cys, Val, Ile and Pro were significant correlated with the protein content, whereas the protein content was not associated with the contents of the other amino acids. Except Lys, most of correlations among amino acids were significant, whereas Lys was only significant correlated with Cys and Pro. Glu and Leu had the largest positive and negative direct effects on protein content, respectively. The direct path coefficients of Glu and Leu on protein content were 1.99 and -1.83, respectively. The Glu and Leu were highest positive and negative indirect effects on protein content, respectively, whereas the relatively lower indirect positive and negative effects of the rest amino acids on protein content were observed. The 67 Sichuan wheat landraces were clustered into three groups, among which the contents of protein and 17 amino acids of 16 landraces in group II were relatively higher than the others, indicating that the 16 landraces had high nutrition quality.
