| 摘 要： | 用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶系统对６个鸡品种的血浆运铁蛋白（Ｔｆ）和白蛋白（Ａｌｂ）进行了多态性检测，并对检测到的２３个区进行表型、基因型和基因频率的计算，在Ａｌｂ区检测到ＢＢ和ＢＣ型，在Ｔｆ区检测到Ｔｆ１和Ｔｆ２位点，在Ｔｆ１位点检测到ＡＢ、ＢＢ型，在Ｔｆ２位点检测到ＡＡ、ＢＢ、ＡＢ、ＢＣ、ＡＣ型。

| Abstract: | Six fowl breeds were used to investigate the polymorphisms of Transferrin and Albumin by means of polyacrylamide geleltrophoresis. We detected twenty-three areas and counted frequency of phenotype, genetype and gene. Alb was scored BB and BC types, Tf was scored Tf 1 and Tf 2 loci. AB and BB types were scored in Tf 1. AA,BB,AB,BC and AC types were scored in Tf 2. |
