制霉菌素抗饲料霉变性能的研究

摘    要:以蛋鸭料为基础,分别在粉状料和颗粒料中添加制霉菌素、丙酸钙、霉敌3种抗真菌制剂,比较了三种抗真菌剂的抗饲料霉变功效.结果表明:颗粒料中的真菌比粉状料明显降低,3种抗菌制剂都有明显的抗真菌效果.其中制霉菌素与霉敌的抗霉菌生长效果优于丙酸钙,并能完全抑制黄曲霉、毛霉、根霉的生长,制霉菌素能显著降低饲料中黄曲霉毒素B1的含量.添加制霉菌素后粉状料的保质期为50d,颗粒饲料为60d,与霉敌基本一致:粉状料添加制霉菌素组比丙酸钙组保质期延长10d,颗粒料保质期可延长20d左右.几种处理条件下,当日粮中真菌总数发生明显变化时,饲料中CO2量也明显增加,因此,应用饲料中CO2含量作为衡量霉菌总数是一个比较敏感的指标.

Abstract:The effect of calcium propionate, nystatin and mold zap as mold inhibitors in mash and pellete feed was studied using layer duck rations by measuring the production of CO 2 and by direct evaluation of colony forming units. Number of fungal colonies isolated after pelleting was markedly reduced, and the number of colony forming units in the untreated feed was markedly higher after 20 days of storage than that in feed treated with any of the antifungal agents. Three kinds of mold inhibitors had significant inhibition effect on mold growth. Nystatin and mold zap had stronger ability than calcium propionate in inhibiting mold growth. Nystatin could completely inhibit A. flavus. mucoraceae growth . Addition of nystatin in duck ration significantly reduced aflatoxin B 1 content . In nystatin or Mold zap treated mash feeds the CO 2 concentrations increased following 40 days of storage, 10 days longer than calcium propionate treated. In calcium propionate treated pellet sharp increased in CO 2 concentration was recorded after 40 days of storage, while in nystatin and Mold zap treated pellets CO 2 started to accumulate at 60 days of storage.In different treated feeds, the accumulation of the gas was concomitant with the increase in mold counts , again indicating the sensitivity of using CO 2 as a criterion parameter of fungal activity.
