摘    要:调查和试验结果说明:感染PStV的花生是芝麻黄花叶病毒病主要初浸染源.桃蚜传毒效率最高,为35%,豆蚜、大豆蚜和棉蚜传毒效率均很低.病害流行与蚜虫发生密切相关.供试的10个芝麻栽培品种均不抗病,但存在一定成株期抗性。自花生条纹病毒(PStV)感染的芝麻病株上收获的种子,种植后未发现病毒种传现象。

Abstract:No seed transmission was found among 1015 seedling emerged from the seeds from PStV infected sesame plants. Disease surveys revealed that PStV infected peanut was a primary source of the virus for sesame in the areas where sesame was planted nearby the peanut. Of four species of aphids tested Muzus persicae showed highest PStV transmission rate(35% ) while Aphis craccivora,Aphis Glycines and Aphis gossypii gave the low transmission rates. Epidemic level of PStV in sesame was closely associated with aphid occurrence. Two peaks of aphid occurrence were observed during the 1992 growing season in Wuchang. PStV incidence was over 80% in the plots with two planting dates in a planting date field trial where the early and mid srowing stage of sesame plantS in those two planting date's plots Were overlapped with the second Peak of aphid occurrence. All ten sesame cultivars tested were susceptible to PStV infection.
