摘    要:研究了不同生育期、氮肥水平和品种对烟草赤星病的主要抗性组分侵染几率、潜育期和病斑产孢量的影响。结果表明:烟草生育期对一病的潜育期影响较小,但对侵染几率和单斑产孢量有显著影响。随着烟草的生长发育,侵染几率明显升高,单斑产孢量显著增加。氮肥水平对潜育期无明显影响,但与侵染几率和病斑产孢量呈正相关。不同品种这间在潜育期上无明显差异,但在侵染几率和病斑产孢量上有较大差异。

Abstract:The effects of different growth stages of tobacco, levels of nitrogenous fertilizer and tobacco varieties on the main components of resistance to brown spot (infection frequency, incubation period and spore production capacity of per lesion) were studied in this experiment. The results showed that growth stages did not have significant effects on incubation period, while affected significantly on infection frequency and spore production capacity of per lesion. With the growth of tobacco, infection frequency and spore production capacity of per lesion increased. Levels of nitrogenous fertilizer did not take on significant effects on incubation period, but they were positively related with infection frequency and spore production capacity of per lesion. Different tobacco varieties did not result in much difference in their incubation periods, but the differences between infection frequencies and spore production capacities of per lesion were great.
