| 摘 要： | 现代农村社区建设是新时期推进社会主义新农村建设的一项重大的惠民工程和制度创新实验。根据社会管理体制创新理论，现代农村社区认同重构必须从完善社区功能入手，通过社区组织功能再造、社区文化扩展、社区服务体系优化，实现发展的需求、创造的需求到满足的需求，激发农民的积极性、主动性和创造性，增强农民对农村社区的认同和归属感，从而更加有效地推进农村社区建设乃至提升基层社会凝聚力。

| Abstract: | It is a important people-benefit project and system innovation experiment in socialist countryside construction. According to the social management innovation theory,identity reconstruction of modern rural community should perfect community features,combining with consummate organization functions,extend com-munity culture,optimize service system,making founding demand,creating demand and implementing de-mand,stimulating farmers enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,which can further promote rural community building as well as promote the Grass-roots cohesion. |
