摘    要:为了对绵杂麦168进行更好地推广和产后加工的应用,该文对大田生产的绵杂麦168品质性状进行了研究。结果表明,绵杂麦168只有绵阳和德阳的全粉灰分与广元之间、绵阳与德阳面团的稳定时间之间存在显著差异,其余品质指标在地区间无显著差异;其蛋白质与湿面筋和吸水率、形成时间与降落值、软化度与吸水率呈显著或极显著相关,而软化度与稳定时间呈极显著负相关;大田生产上,只有绵杂麦168的吸水率和稳定时间、绵阳生产的绵杂麦168的容重和湿面筋指标达到中筋小麦标准,其余指标达到弱筋小麦标准。为了更加优质高效地产后加工绵杂麦168,必须加强对绵杂麦168的优质高效栽培措施的推广。

Analysis of the Quality Properties of Two Line Hybrid Wheat MZM168

Abstract:For good promotions and the post-natal processing applications of two line hybrid wheat MZM168,this article conducts the research to the field quality characters of two line hybrid wheat MZM168.The result indicated there were significant difference in kernel ash between Mianyang and Guangyuan, Deyang and Guangyuan. There were significant difference in ability time between Mianyang and Deyang,but there were no significant difference in other qualities of two line hybrid wheat MZM168. There were significant correlations or very significant correlations between protein and the wet gluten , de-velopment time and falling number, softening degree and water-absorption, but there were significant in-verse correlations between softening degree and stability time. Water-absorption and stability time of two line hybrid wheat MZM168 in field,test weight and wet gluten of two line hybrid wheat MZM168 in Mian-yang achieved the high quality medium gluten wheat standard, other qualities achieves the weak muscle wheat standard. For more quality and efficient processing of MZM168, strengthen the promotion of high quality and effective cultivation measure of MZM168.
