| 摘 要： | 耕地是粮食生产最重要的物质基础。随着种粮效益的不断降低，农民种粮积极性受到了严重挫伤，耕地抛荒现象严重。该文以肥东为例，通过实地调研，分析抛荒原因并提出了对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Cultivated land is the most important material basis of food production. As grain benefit falling, farmers enthusiasm suffered serious contusion. Taking Feidong County as an example,through field investiga-tion,the author analyzes the reasons and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures. |
